Constitution

1. Title

The Association Shall be called the NORTH KENT LAWN TENNIS ASSOCIATION and shall be affiliated to the KENT COUNTY LAWN TENNIS ASSOCIATION, in accordance with General Rule 2 of that body.

2. Definitions

(1)a. ‘the Association’ means the North Kent Lawn Tennis Association.

b. ‘the Chairman’ means the person elected from time to time to be the chairman of the Association in accordance with Rule 7:

c. ‘the Clubs’ means tennis clubs as defined in the LTA’s Rules (as amended from time to time):
